Delivery and Returns

NZ Shipping:

✿ Urban courier charge of $4.99 and rural courier charge of $8.99.

✿ All orders are shipped via a Courier where possible ensuring fast and tracked delivery.

✿ Estimated delivery times are within 2 - 4 business days once shipped.

✿ To track your order, go onto the NZ Post tracking website above and enter your tracking number.

Australian Shipping:

✿ All orders shipped to Australia have a flat rate of $14.99 and are tracked.

✿ Tracking is available via the NZ Post website.

✿ It is estimated it will take 4 - 10 working days to deliver but may be longer due worldwide delays.

Returns:

✿ Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

✿ Incorrectly supplied items need to be notified to Seal Bloom within 3 days.  A courier ticket will be emailed for collection of incorrect items and must be returned in saleable condition. 

✿ Damanged in transit items need to be notified to Sea Bloom within 3 days, and a replacement item will be sent. Please email a photo through to Seaa.bloom@gmail.com
